Training October 2nd

A) Landmine Squat 4×10 B1) Landmine Press 3×10/ B2) Lat Pull down 3×10 C1) Push Up 3×8 C2) Walking lunge 3×6/ I was experimenting with the landmine squats which is why I did 4 sets of 10. My legs and glutes felt sore over the weekend at the Louder than Life rock festival.

It was our first Her Knight dance and we had a blast! North London stays red! New York City was a blast. We packed so much into 4 days even with the remnants of Ian hanging over the city for three of the days. London is red! @arsenal #arsenal #nld In addition to weighted walks I’ve been enjoying training in the backyard. Here’s a little something I did Saturday morning using just one kettlebell and the monkey bars on the clubhouse to move my body. Birthday ruck walk. I added about 20lbs to the load today and my heart rate reflected that. I’m going to continue using the 50lbs total and follow the same route to monitor adaptations. Inspired by @rugby_strength_coach and the #fritterfriday gang. Clients brought a ton of doughnuts in for our last training session together. They were still warm. Tomorrow is gonna be special. Might as well celebrate with some special bourbon. Thanks!? Does someone know something I don’t?
