Summer Training Programs

Summer is almost here, and it is time for athletes to begin their training programs for the upcoming season. If you wait until the end of the school year to start lifting, you’re missing lots of opportunities to develop and get stronger. Schedule your athlete’s initial screening today, so they have ample time to prepare.

Cost is $99 per month for 12 sessions and $65 per month for 8 sessions.

Monday – Friday 10:30-5:00

Athlete hours for the summer are:

Most of the soccer athletes will begin training at 10:30 in groups of up to 15 athletes. **Once the spots are filled, there will be no more spots made available due to space constraints. Sign up now to avoid missing out!**

If you are training with the Pitching Performance Lab, the baseball hours are below.

Monday’s
9:30-11:00- Henry Clay Group
11:00-Noon- Youth Fundamentals
Noon- 1:00- Youth Fundamentals
1:00-2:00- Advanced Throwing 
2:00-3:00- Advanced Throwing
3:00-4:00- Advanced Throwing

Tuesday’s 
11:30-1:00- Henry Clay Group
1:00-2:00- Advanced Throwing 
2:00-3:00- Advanced Throwing
3:00-4:00- Advanced Throwing

Wednesday’s 
9:30-11:00- Henry Clay Group
11:00-Noon- Youth Fundamentals
Noon- 1:00- Youth Fundamentals
1:00-2:00- Advanced Throwing 
2:00-3:00- Advanced Throwing
3:00-4:00- Advanced Throwing
