Small Group Training
Training sessions are focused on improving mobility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness qualities. Each session lasts approximately one hour and is scaleable for many fitness levels. Clients who participate in these sessions range from 25-70 years old.
- $180 / month (12 sessions / month)
- $120 / month (8 sessions / month)
