2015 Lexington Runners Clinic Schedule
Sign up now as space is limited for this 4 week clinic. We are only accepting the first 20 people to this clinic at these times. More times may become available later as interest demands. We look forward to helping you achieve and surpass your running goals.
In addition to the 4 weeks of structured strength and conditioning training designed for runners and the weekly running opportunities, you will receive a foam roller and an exercise band that we will teach you to use appropriately to help you recover better and run more effectively. Use of the foam roller and band are MANDATORY for this clinic. You can thank us later…
If you already have a foam roller, please contact me at wattsperformancesystems@gmail.com and I will arrange for an adjusted cost for you.
I Am very interested, where are the sessions held and when?
Layne, my comment should have said Lexington Running Clinic. I’m sorry for the confusion.
They are only held in the morning, is that right? Do you offer any of these in the evening? I work everyday and can’t get to the morning sessions.
This sounds fantastic! I am considering signing up. Is there a minimum you need to register for the event to occur? I noticed only 5 or so have preregistered.
Shannon,
We have a 10 person minimum, but think we will meet that number. Thanks for signing up and I look forward to meeting you.
