Overnight Crock Pot Oatmeal
- I like to add some kind of protein powder to the oatmeal (just prior to eating). My favorite flavor combinations are maple syrup with some peanut butter and vanilla protein powder or chocolate protein powder which pairs well with peanut butter and bananas.

- These are another great option if you’re in a hurry and need to grab something and go. 20g of protein, about 20g carbs, some good fats, and probiotics for gut health. Sometimes you can pick these up at Target or another local grocery store.
